NeuClone has developed a robust, high-yielding production platform for manufacturing protein therapeutics. The NeuCHO platform accelerates cell line development by facilitating integration of upstream and downstream processes efficiently.

 

  • The NeuClone platform consists of a Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line derived from the DHFR-deficient DG44 cell line, metabolically engineered to have superior growth properties and production capabilities in serum-free and animal protein free media;

  • DNA vectors designed for high-level expression of single-chain and multi-chain proteins in NeuClone’s cell lines;

  • A defined cell culture medium to support all stages of cell line development and maintain consistent product quality throughout the process;

  • A growing portfolio of engineered cell lines expressing biosimilars

Intellectual Property

NeuClone is continuing to develop a broad range of intellectual property (IP). Much of NeuClone’s value lies in the company's depth of knowledge in the area of cell line engineering and working with mammalian cells for commercial scale production of therapeutic proteins. The company has IP in the following areas:

  • The characterized parental CHO cell line, engineered for enhanced  viability and productivity;
